Holiday flag fruit

Memorial Day and the Fourth of July is a time filled with parties and red, white and blue. It’s fun to bring a patriotic food dish to share. This flag fruit tray is quick, easy and relatively healthy!

Holiday Flag Fruit 

12 skewers

1 bag of marshmallows (preferably the healthier kind)

Or 4 bananas

2 cartons of raspberries or strawberries 

1 carton of blueberries

Lay out skewers on a plate and fill with fruit to make a flag.

*please buy organic ingredients when possible
