Healthy Breakfast ideas

Mornings can be crazy! It seems everyone is rushing around trying to get somewhere very soon!

So, I wanted to help make the mornings a little easier by sharing some of my healthy breakfast ideas!

Healthy Breakfast ideas:

-Oatmeal with toppings
-Keifer: throw in some granola or protein powder
-Ezechiel Bread
-Homemade muffins
-Smoothies (links to my favorite smoothies are below)
-Hardboiled eggs – I always forget about these, but you can make a batch on the weekend and have a healthy, fast breakfast!
-Whole wheat waffles or pancakes – while not the healthiest, these can be a special treat! Be sure to use 100% pure maple syrup!
-Cereal – there are some healthier choices out there!
