Pumpkin Spice Coffee

Who needs expensive, sugary coffee drinks when you can make healthier versions at home? You get to control the ingredients, so you can make it as sweet or unsweet as you like! Making your own drinks are even sweeter as they are much more economical!

Pumpkin Spice Coffee

1 cup Coffee or expresso
Pumpkin Spice, to taste or use the spices at the end of this post
Milk* (any type: cow, soy, almond, coconut, etc.)

Make your coffee. Add the spice and milk. If you want to get fancy, you can froth the milk.

*For an even tastier treat and to get some protein, you can add some protein shake. This pumpkin smoothie is delicious in coffee!

I don’t drink milk in my coffee (you can read how I did it here), except if I add some of a shake. However, I do like to add coconut oil. It tastes delicious and is a great lip conditioner! I also add pumpkin spice to my coffee.

**To make it even more special, you can add these delicious Trader Joes Pumpkin Spiced Pumpkin Seeds (although they aren’t exactly healthy)!
