Smoothies are a great way to begin your day making healthy choices. One way I like to add an extra kick of health to my morning routine is to throw some veggies in my smoothie! Gotta love a green breakfast!
Tropical Green Smoothee
Makes 1 serving
2 scoops Vanilla Protein Mix, you can use any kind, but one of my favorites are this one and this one.
1 cup frozen chopped greens, such as kale or spinach
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup frozen ripe banana
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk
Sweetener to taste
389 calories, 54 g carbs, 26 g protein, 9 g fat, 15 g fiber, 0 mg cholesterol, 655 mg sodium
Blend and enjoy!
