Smoothie Bowls
1 cup organic yogurt
1 scoop of protein powder (this one and this one are our favorites)
Optional add-ins
Coconut
Fruit (dried, fresh or frozen)
Chia seeds
Nuts
Flax seeds
Granola
You can also use it as a fruit dip.
You can even decorate them for a special treat!
