We took a trip to Las Vegas and had the opportunity to go with some friends and family who are foodies and Vegas regulars! So, we got to experience some great places.
Friday, we got in about 9am Vegas time and checked into the Bellagio. After settling into our rooms, we had lunch at Olives in the Bellagio. It was nice to look at the fountains and strip while eating lunch. The fig and prosciutto flat bread was amazing (well, the figs and flatbread was, I removed the meat).
After exploring, we drove to a delicious Italian restaurant, Nora’s Cuisine. We reserved the private back room, which comes with an assortment of appetizers. Everything was delicious and I could have made a meal out of the salad!
Then we went to the chandler bar and had a low-key evening with some nice people watching.
Saturday, we went to Bardot Brasserie, which is a delicious French restaurant in the Aria. My yogurt and fruit plate was wonderful!
After doing a walking tour of the strip, we took a car to the famous Vegas sign and were off to dinner at Herbs and Rye, which is a local steak place. They have half price steaks and some other items for happy hour!
Then, we drove on a quick tour of downtown Vegas.
Sunday, was a pool day. We got a cabana and just relaxed. It was wonderful!
After relaxing all day, we finished our walking tour of Vegas. Then, we went to Yard bird for some southern cuisine.
On Monday, we took an early flight home.
Have you been to Vegas? I’d love to hear what your think in the comments!
