You can use this approach for anything: your job, your health or any aspect of your like that you would like to change. Think about one of your dreams. Then, work backwards to plan out the steps you should take to achieve your dream.
For example, if you want to loose 10 pounds and don’t regularly exercise, you can choose to exercise everyday for at least 20 minutes.
