100 Days to Amazing
Doesn’t the sound of that just get you excited? After attending an inspiring conference, accepted the challange to do small steps each day to make the next 100 days amazing. Would you like to join me?
You can use this approach for anything: your job, your health or any aspect of your like that you would like to change. Think about one of your dreams. Then, work backwards to plan out the steps you should take to achieve your dream.
For example, if you want to loose 10 pounds. Write out how many pounds you would like to loose each week, when you will exercise and what you will eat. Then, make your grocery lists, shop for healthy food and find a day of the week to prep the food.
