Starting you day on the right foot can lead to a ripple effect of greatness. For me, choosing a healthy breakfast not only gives me the nutrients I need, but it also helps me make better, healthier choices throughout the day. Some of my favorite ways to start the day are smoothies, oatmeal, no-bake healthy cookies and juicing. This is one of my favorite smoothies.
Chocolate & Peanut Butter Smoothie
- 2scoops Chocolate Smoothee Mix (my favorite is this one)*
- 8oz non fat milk (low-fat soy milk can also be used)
- 1tsp peanut butter
- Ice (as needed)
*You can also use vanilla protein mix and add cocoa
