Raspberry Lime Smoothie

There is something about lime that makes me think of summer. This Raspberry Lime Smoothie is such a refreshing way to start your morning – especially during the summer heat!


2 scoops Vanilla Protein powder (Click here for my favorites)

1 cup unsweetened vanilla milk (My favorite is coconut, almond or cashew)

1 cup frozen raspberries*

Juice of lime 1 lime

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
*Please choose organic ingredients when possible, especially berries!
Makes 1 serving: 400 calories, 63 g carbs, 21 g protein, 9 g fat, 20 g fiber, 285 mg sodium
