Pumpkin (Cranberry) Bread and muffins

This pumpkin (cranberry) bread or muffin recipe is so delicious and easily adapted to suit many individual tastes. It can have cranberries or not. It can also be a bread or a muffin. My children like the pumpkin muffins and my favorite was the cranberry pumpkin bread. Thanks to my mom for coming up with that great idea for them!

Hi Tina – Is love to know if you have a good GF pumpkin bread as well? I don’t do a lot of GF baking but I have a 22 month old who is starting to have an interest in some grains and if its cakey thats all the better.

I don’t do much GF baking either. However, I believe there is GF flour or you could substitute coconut or almond flour (or a mixture of all three). Please let me know if you try it! Thank you.
